Quick Recipe: MAC n' Cheese with a TWIST

We all love the traditional MAC & CHEESE Recipe but it takes a long time to make. When you are in a hurry and don't have much time you can make this quick Mac n' Cheese for your little one.  This will give our Mac n' Cheese a little twist and your little one will get to taste something different. So here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

Boxed Mac and cheese
1 teaspoon Butter

1 teaspoon Oil
3 teaspoons  Milk
Pinch of Chili powder or Paprika Powder
3, 4 Mustard seeds

Method:

1. Boil the pasta and drain
2. Add butter and oil to the pan

3. Add mustard seeds to the hot butter and oil.  Let the mustard seeds pop
3. Add the boiled pasta and Milk
4. Add Cheese that comes in the box along with Chili powder per your taste
5. Stir continuesly for 3 to 4 minutes on low to medium heat till the milk dissolves into the Mac n' Cheese
6. Serve hot
